Shopping the Shops

woodwardiocom-Y'know, we almost suffer from an excess of darn nice comic book shops here in Eastern Mass. Though, most of them lack what I seek, which is a large supply of older comic book posters that they're willing to give me for $0.00. [grin]
-One exception would be... on second thought, shouldn't say until the deal is done. Currently counts as a trade secret, I guess. Suffice to say that at one store I visited today, the guy said, "Yeah, I've got thousands of old posters back in the warehouse. Let me dig them up and I'll get back to you." So, GLEE. Even if he's only got dozens, that'll still be a trip worth the petrol. Thousands could pay my rent for a year or two.
(I also got an email from a movie theater employee offering me around 1000 movie posters up to ten years old. Since I'm not in the movie poster market, and wouldn't make a lot of money off of them, I made him a very low offer. Let's see if he nibbles.)
