Cris & Leah

-Went to Cris and Leah's "Meat & Greet" party yesterday. As it was potluck, volunteered to bring a dessert. Made strawberry shortcake, including baking the cakes, whipping the cream, etc., myself. Turned out pretty good! 9/12s of the cake got et, all the strawberries, and most of the cream. So, success there. Also saw many friends, ate good food, won cheap crap at "Vegas Night", and got some meaningful eye contact (whcih I'm probably going to politely pass on -- she and I have no conversation).
