My Arisia schedule, which is slightly subject to change:

Fri 10:00pm Hellboy's 20th Anniversary
Sat 11:30am Gamemaster Help Line
Sat 4:00pm Old-School Games
Sun 2:30pm Polyamory 201
Sun 7:00pm Beyond Dice And Hit Points
Mon 11:30am Too Much Of A Good Thing? (Game Expansions)

Outside of this, my plan is to spend a lot of time in the games room with my copy of Ogre Designer's Edition playing anyone who cares to meander over. (And the usual amount of sitting about being social, and showing off my kid.)

Yup, they're regular panels at Arisia. Most of the poly stuff I want to discuss this year is more 201-ish. (Hellboy and the gaming panels are must-do for me.)

So 101 is for people who don't know much about it but are curious, and 201 is for people who either have tried it, or know a fair bit about it, and want to discuss more advanced issues?

That's a good summary, yes. Exact subject matter depends a lot on panelists and audience.

I'm happy to see that your initial overwhelming schedule has been trimmed to a more manageable size.

And, as a raw n00b track manager, I thank you for bringing up your problem with the alacrity that you did. The "warning system" which we're supposed to use to keep from pairing panelists who cannot work together, and keep from scheduling people at times they report they won't be around, did not (yet) include respecting the maximum number of panels for any given panelist.

The fix for this bug is not trivial, so we're still covering it by hand at the moment.

I only got on the list at the last minute, for Reasons (ugh, reasons), and I have one panel. A reading. With 3 other people. (I think we get 15 minutes each plus a bit, if I divide the maf rite. I'm... a little dubious about this, but hey.) And it's at Sunday, 7pm. ALAS!
