Need A Dune Quote

There's a quote from the Dune series — a Bene Gesserit maxim, I think — which goes something like, "When a child or a fool makes a mistake, it is the fault of a responsible adult, for not forseeing and preventing the mistake." I can't seem to Google it. Anyone know the exact wording?
