Our child is passing through the phase of trying different modes of locomotion (presumably to eventually settle on walking, or a Segway). Her current greatest success is the upside-down inchworm, where she lies on her back, arches her back, and pushes wih her legs, thus scooting on the top of her head. She's made it a good foot or two like this. I think we may want to give her more belly time...
