[Roo] Amazing Camera Detection

Last night, after I gave Roo her 10pm feeding, she started quietly babbling in my arms. Not her current favorite "da" syllable, but a variety of sweet nonsense. I thought it was adorable, so I softly reached for my phone and started recording.

That was the moment she switched to a hiss-growl combination like a dyspeptic werewolf. Proving once again that about 50% of all cuteness does not survive having a camera pointed at it.

Crime Fighter has a 6th sense about when I have a recording device near by. He tends to stare at it dolorously.

My spawn, on the other hand, loved the camera and could even tell when we were just holding the camera up as an attempt to get him to be cute.
