I still haven't seen much of the new Who (season 1 and one ep of season 2) but this has promise.

I miss the flirtatious Dr before him. I like him, don't get me wrong, it's just, he's too flighty for my tastes. The first new Dr...ah, now I totally fell for him while he was falling for Rose.

But that had to end. And they gave her a nice alternate universe. So that worked well.

And this one is entertaining so, I'm still enjoying it, just...one misses the romance every now and then.
