The sixth edition of Ogre will be coming out later this year, in a huge-@$$ deluxe format. As Steve Jackson puts it, "You need three copies of 1st edition Ogre just to cover the word 'Ogre' on the box." He says, "There's no market for this kind of game right now, but I've got the money, I'm Steve Jackson, and this is what I want to do."
Good for him!
(Now if only I could figure out where I'm going to put the darn thing.)

Date: 2011-03-12 07:32 pm (UTC)At $100, I still might unfortunately. I liked the game but I never liked-liked it and the number of people I could pull in to play is slim; that makes $100 a bit out of my range, particularly with no durable 3D components.
