Out on the Curb

A bunch of potentially reusable stuff is going out on the curb in front of 24 Century St., Medford, MA today (4/6), to be picked up as trash tomorrow. This includes:

* Seven boxes of books that I originally picked up off another curb. Mostly poli-sci, also some Britannica Books of the Year and Yearbooks of Science & Future.

* A couple chairs somewhat the worse for cat.

* A blue rug.

* A queen-sized boxspring.

* And probably some other junk as the day progresses.

Please feel free to repost this to whatever reusing or trashpicking lists are appropriate.

May not be appropriate to ask, but what the hell:

Would you be interested in selling these to an interested buyer (namely, me) instead of curbing them?

-They're on the curb now. With moving and bookwriting, I don't have the time to bring them back in or ship them to Maryland, unless you make me some absurdly large offer. But, hey, feel free to email me with an absurdly large offer.

-I should mention that I culled the boxes for everything that was A) in pretty good shape, and B) had a legible ISBN, and am now selling them on Half.com. So, if you're genuinely looking for polisci books, I have a dozen or so for sale there cheap.

(And, anyway, I just looked out front, and the books are gone, woosh. I am surprised.)
