Having read the sell-sheet, I can see the point of it. This is another "support" set -- it has more of the cards that make the game go smoothly, but has no theme of its own.
I'm not sure why... I find the name quite amusing.
One of the things I enjoy most about Munchkin is how it darts back and forth across the line of being a fun game and a mockery of more traditional role playing games while managing, somehow, to do both fairly well at the same time. Of course, I never bothered to buy anything beyond the original set.
