Here There Be Tygers
Jan. 16th, 2008 10:28 pmNeil Gaiman mentions, in the intro to Fragile Things, that "The Facts in the Case of the Departure of Miss Finch" was inspired by a Frazetta piece. So, I went through my Frazetta books, to see which one fit.
. . . Do you know how many frickin' Frazettas there are with A) a savage woman, and B) sabretooth tigers? Half-a-dozen or more. Even when I included the clues from the story of "straight black hair" and "carrying a spear", it still only narrows it down to two or three.
Sheesh.

On a barely related Neil Gaiman front - I am eagerly awaiting Absolute Sandman 3's release in May. That series has been an awesome use for the constant stream of Barnes and Noble gift cards I get from my family on holidays and birthdays.
