To be remotely fair, I'm going to count both RPG books (which I skim) and comic collections (which I can usually knock off in an evening) as only half. (Black Dossier, however, counts as a full book, darnit.)

Total: 116. Most excellent.

On the other hand:

To-be-read stack: 39.5". I last measured it in May at 33.25". Hmm. Maybe I could get up an hour earlier.

Just curious, did you read an edited (post-1955) edition of the Nancy Drew, or the original version?

They are quite different. Having grown up with the edited version, I found the earlier version portrayed Nancy as both more glamorous and more independent. I am collecting the Applewood Press reprints of the early editions for my girls, who as yet have no interest. I fear they might find the old-fashioned look and language alienating.

or the original version?

Oh, the original version. I have "original" reprints of Drew, the Hardy Boys, and Tom Swift.
