On the other hand:
To-be-read stack: 39.5". I last measured it in May at 33.25". Hmm. Maybe I could get up an hour earlier.

Books
Date: 2008-01-02 03:22 pm (UTC)They are quite different. Having grown up with the edited version, I found the earlier version portrayed Nancy as both more glamorous and more independent. I am collecting the Applewood Press reprints of the early editions for my girls, who as yet have no interest. I fear they might find the old-fashioned look and language alienating.
