The Bank of America Plaza is really quite striking.
One night, we made plans to eat at the revolving restaurant atop the Westin (the tallest hotel in North America). It was surprisingly foggy. That's 191 Peachtree to the left, and the Westin to the right.
Food porn!
I had the chicken.
The view out the windows started out nonexistent, but cleared up later. You can see the BoA Plaza in the distance, and I think that's SunTrust Plaza to the right.
And 191 Peachtree again.
Dessert. I had the molten volcano with cinnamon ice cream.
A few days later, we ate at a 24-hour diner near the hotel. This is their cake selection. Fear it.
Ach, look at the size of it! It's bigger thandancer's hed!
It's bloody huge!
Bey makes friends more easily than me . . .
. . . and boy do I appreciate it.
This and the following were taken at an impromptu drum circle/poi spinning/belly dancing thing outside the Hyatt.
Yep, that's a bellydancing slave-girl Leia in the background. I've been seeing a lot of those lately . . .
