Who's The King, Baby?

-So, dressed as Aragorn, I was the only one at the Oscars party costumed as a LotR character. It was thus my duty to root for our favorite Kiwi film. I was expecting to be throwing food at the TV in disgust all evening. Instead, I became more and more unbearably smug as the night progressed. After Spielberg's "It's a sweep," comment I was strutting around the room, saying, "Oh yeah, the king is back!" It was divine. Eleven noms, eleven wins, oh my stars and garters.

(Then I come home, my housemate looks at me in Aragorn garb, and asks, "Still not king?" To which I reply, "No, king." I caper in glee.)
