It Used To Be Cool, Now He's Ruining My Life

-While browsing the interests lists of my friends, I noticed that some RPG fans list specific RPG authors as interests -- Kenneth Hite, John Tynes, etc. 'S good, those guys write good books. Then I recall that I'm an RPG author, too -- so I add my own name to my interests list.

-And, Holy To-!@#$%ing-ledo, there are other people who have listed "Jonathan Woodward" as an interest.

-And, I don't recognize their names, so they're not friends of mine trying to give me an ego-boost!

-And . . . oh, crap. I visit the first one's page, and her userpic is of her cuddling with James Marsters (Spike). The second one has a bunch of links on her page to Buffy- and Angel-related sites.

-They're fans of Jonathan M. Woodward, who had a one-shot role on Buffy, and is now an occasional character on Angel in the role of Knox, Fred's assistant. And neither one of us uses our middle initials (mine's "L").

-Punk actor is interfering with my hungry ego. He must be stopped.

I am tempted to make some "sittin in a tree" or other weak ass namby pamby reference. But I meant what I said above. When I clicked on the links and just the two of ya came up for each other I thought it was really cute and endearing. Ok. Nuff of that. Back to our regularly scheduled cynical LJ programming.
