If Wishes Were Hours . . .

-I wish there were more hours in the day, more days in the year. Of all the people in my life, my friends, my family, my loved ones, I don't see enough of any of them. (With the possible exception of the two I actually live with.) [sigh] I fear the steady erosion of time, wearing away at bonds once intense and close and real, and now distant and elusive. Death's scythe is sharp, but Time's hourglass is crueler.
-Well, if you haven't seen me in a while, know that I regret it, and that I miss you.
(Geez, I get moody on Monday mornings, don't I?)
