[GFC] More Vignettes

-Another three vignettes done for GURPS Fantastic Cities. One is sort of a joke . . . okay, two are kinda jokes, but there's only so much you can do with a vignette. The last one, at least, hints at some of the structure and secrets of Azulia, and that's a good thing.

-Now dinner, and then I'll put together the boxed text on Anachronisms.

-Later: Finished Anachronisms. Wordcount for day, around 1300. Meh.

Frank Kelly Freas

-Famed SF artist Frank Kelly Freas died today. I can't think of a better way to remember him than the first cover he did for Astounding:



-I never met the man, though I am pleased to own a signed print of his "Angel". His work for Astounding/Analog shaped a lot of my ideas about SF.
