I'm happy to see that your initial overwhelming schedule has been trimmed to a more manageable size.
And, as a raw n00b track manager, I thank you for bringing up your problem with the alacrity that you did. The "warning system" which we're supposed to use to keep from pairing panelists who cannot work together, and keep from scheduling people at times they report they won't be around, did not (yet) include respecting the maximum number of panels for any given panelist.
The fix for this bug is not trivial, so we're still covering it by hand at the moment.
