Not Terribly Interesting Medical Stuff
Sep. 23rd, 2009 09:37 amA couple weeks back I lost my good glasses. (The ones I bought for our wedding [mock sob].) Since my last eye exam was 2 years 3 months ago, I had to get a new exam before LensCrafters would make me up a pair. Gotta say, Dr. Smith at the Galleria LensCrafters is almost too nice for words. And now I have spiffy new glasses.
While there, I noticed Sears was having a sale on watches. I have a perfectly good one, but I've always kinda wanted one of the fancy-shmancy ones with extra dials and such. And for $20, why not? Alas, fancy-shmancy watches tend to have metal bands, which aren't that adjustable, and my wrists are proportionately large. Curses, foiled again.
Tomorrow night, I go in for a sleep study, so we can see why I''ve been constantly tired for the past however long. Should be interesting.
Oh, and, for assorted other reasons I'm no longer taking St. John's Wort. No effects I've noticed so far, but if I start getting moody, this is why . . .
