Working Late

I was in charge of an after-hours upgrade of our MediaBank server last evening. I came in at 1pm, the gentleman from Wave (the makers of MB) came in at 7pm, and we left at . . . 1:30am. Yeesh. In the end, however, the upgrade was a success, and I'd like to say that Dave Jaeb (the guy from Wave) was helpful, knowledgeable, and cheerful throughout the whole process. Beaucoup thanks to him.
