Unexpected Service

-Housemate Darlene and I needed a second garage door opener remote, so I picked up a universal one called the Clicker CLT1 on Amazon.com. It arrived today, and setting it up gave me some trouble. My first instinct was to puzzle it out myself, and my second instinct was to find a site on the Internet full of garage door opener hacks, but my third instinct, to call their tech support, proved the best one. The lady on the other end clearly was trying to plan around the possibility that I was an idiot, but neatly avoided offending me, and in fairly short order diagnosed the problem. Since I like to reward good customer service, here's a public kudos to them.
