-Spent a chunk of the day going through my RPG library and culling the weak. Lot of books in there I don't need, will probably never read again, and can get a few bucks for on eBay.
-Watched the "making of" feature on the To Kill a Mockingbird DVD. Amused by the fact that they spend a lot of time talking about the virtues of the early 20th-century South, and kinda gloss over the "And then we'd convict an innocent black man of murder out of sheer bigotry," part of it. Especially liked how they harped on television destroying their rich oral culture. Maybe it's just me, but I think that TV, by giving people greater exposure to the world outside their insular communities, might be partly responsible for black people no longer having to sit on the back of the bus. I'll make that trade.
-Also, I and my 30-year-old housemate and her 24-year-old boyfriend and his 20-year-old housemates played the Star Trek: The Next Generation "How to Host a Mystery" game. Overly convoluted plot, in my opinion. Fortunately didn't feel the generation gap too much. (Until just now, when I realized that the hot 20-year-old sitting next to me was 11 when TNG went off the air. Sigh.)
